Steve Lait’s kitchen design for Victorian terraced house in North West London was featured in this month’s 25 Beautiful Homes. Steve made a model to show the client how the kitchen could look and she was thrilled with the generous space and storage that resulted. She commented “Steve impressed me by making me realise what I definitely did not want”!
Steve was previously the Marketing Director of a Conference Event Management company with no intention of taking a course in interior design. It was, in fact, his wife who originally enrolled on the course but when her work commitments made it impossible to join, it was Steve who took up the place. His company Design2be is now a thriving concern.
